Returns

All items must be unworn, unwashed, with hangs tags attached and in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot except returns on underwear or gift cards.

 

Returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • During the Holiday Season, items delivered from November 15th – December 14th, can be returned by January 15th.

All returns/exchanges require an RMA number from Customer Service.  To receive an RMA number, please email customerservice@unitedbasics.shop.

Customer choosing to return their purchase for a refund to the original method of payment must either pay for a return label, or ship the item(s) back using a carrier of their choosing.  Return label fees ($10.00) will be deducted from your refund.

 

All return labels are emailed by USPS, not United Basics.  If you have not received your return label after you receive your RMA number, please check your SPAM folder.

 

Once your item(s) reach our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days.

 

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns.  To avoid this, please request the RMA number from customerservice@unitedbasics.shop before sending anything back.

 

If we receive a worn garment or any other return that has not been authorized, your refund/exchange will not be processed nor will your used garment or unauthorized return be returned to you.

 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
